A new Relational Healing Circle starts in Davis on October 22nd.

Join us for an intimate, 8-session journey where we dive deep into the magic of circle work and expand our capacity for embodied connection through circle-based practices.

What you’ll experience:

  • Practices to connect deeply with your body’s wisdom

  • Speaking and listening from the heart

  • A space to gently unwind old patterns and conditioning

  • The healing power of being seen, heard, and felt in community

Together, we’ll meet weekly for 8 sessions of emergent group work rooted in presence, somatic awareness, and relational re-patterning. We’ll tune into what’s alive in the moment, allowing each session to unfold from the wisdom of the group field.

As we breathe light into the unspoken shadow realms, old imprints and shared wounds soften, and new pathways of trust, depth, and joy in relationship will emerge.

Experiences From Participants:

I had the good fortune of participating in a Reclaim Your Joy circle with Kirsten and the name is perfect! I arrived feeling burdened and stuck in a story line about the problems in my life, especially relationship issues I’ve been struggling with. Something magical happened by being in the safe space of a circle of caring people, giving each other our full attention as we tuned into the felt experience of what was happening in our body and the field of energy being created. Fully listening to other’s sharing already helped things to start moving and lifting, and in my sharing a huge wave of energy broke loose and instead of delving into my complicated story line, what came to me is that I am not just a problem to be solved. Tears of sadness flowed, and I came out of it feeling relief, joy, love and connection. I am looking forward to more of these circles!

Kirsten has an energy about her that invites simple trust, depth, care. Combined with her knowledge of group systems, SOMETHING good is bound to happen in any workshop she offers.

In this particular small gathering of strangers, I was surprised by how easy it was to drop my guard, to be moved by what people shared, and to meet the moment by opening up too. In my share, I suddenly felt the weight of things I have been carrying, and found myself crying. Such releases, such relief afterwards.

Thank you so much for this event, Kirsten, and for your sensitively attuned facilitation.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt the space was peaceful, quiet, and slowed down. The gentle pacing of the practices, the clarity of your guidance, and the pressure-free invitations allowed me to soften and settle.

At this time of great transformation, we need spaces like this—trauma-aware, heart-centered circles where we can discover new ways of relating with ourselves and one another. Here, I experienced healing and awakening happening spontaneously, and my natural joy began to emerge.

By the end of the evening, I noticed how our guardedness had melted, the tension in our bodies had eased, and we were held in a golden field of gentle togetherness that we co-created. It was a profound reminder of the treasures of our shared humanity. This is the way forward—into a new reality where there is room for all of our humanness and our divinity.

Kirsten’s circles make space for me. Her clearly defined container makes it easy for me to find my way in without any pressure to perform. I look forward to attending Kirsten’s events because I not only heal from old wounds and self judgement but I also don’t fear getting lost in the crowd - in Kirsten’s spaces I feel like I belong and I matter.
