Overcoming Social Anxiety

Here's a short, 11-minute guided meditation I created to support you in moving through any type of social anxiety you might be experiencing. I recommend using it before going out to be with people, although it can be used anytime. If you are familiar with EFT or Meridian Tapping, you can tap through the points as you repeat the affirmations. You can also just repeat after me without tapping.
